Pre-Stocking your Jamaican Villa Rental

Give us your grocery list and Concierge Jamaica   will be happy to do the shopping prior to your arrival in Jamaica. We can either  just buy enough for you to have a meal on the day of your arrival or we can   stock the villa for the duration of your stay. Either way you'll be able to  start your Jamaican Vacation from the moment you arrive! Based on your grocery list we  will be able to provide you with an approximate cost  which must be  prepaid.  Actual detailed bills will be be presented to you on arrival.

Private Chef & Catering

Have Concierge Jamaica coordinate all your   dining details for you! We can organise a Private Chef  for you whether this is   for one meal, a special event during your stay or a  meal-a-day. The Chefs with  whom we work are among Jamaica's Best, able to create varying cuisines and cater  for any dietary requirement.

Getting around in Jamaica

Some Villas in Jamaica  offer complimentary airport/villa  transfers while  others  provide  you with  a vehicle and driver for  the  duration  of your stay.  If you've selected  a villa that offers neither,   Concierge  Jamaica will be happy to make  transportation arrangements on your behalf.

Minimum Stay 

4 nights  for off-peak
reserv ations. Most Jamaican Villas have a one week minimum rental requirement based on full occupancy, especially so for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

Location/Damage  Fees 

Location fees  & Damage Deposits may   also apply. This can also be confirmed  prior to confirming reservation.  The Damage Deposit is fully refundable once there has been no  damage done to the premises or its contents.

Policies Weddings/Parties

Policies regarding Weddings and Parties vary fron Villa to Villa. A surcharge may  apply for guests not staying at the particular villa but
 attending a Jamaica Villa Wedding.  This  surcharge amount also varies from Villa to  Villa. Permission must be sought prior to booking if you plan to have a Jamaican Villa arty or Jamaican Villa Wedding as not all  properties allow these.
